How it works:
Basically, install it on a server, change the config options, and optionally put it in a scheduler, like cron. That's it.
Requires PHP 4x, and uses HTTP_REQUEST, NET, PHP_COMPAT from http://pear.php.net, but the PEAR packages are BUNDLED in, so you don't need to download them if you don't have them.
Note that this program uses the OLD Flickr API. No API key required, but I'm sure at some point you'll have to upgrade. Hopefully I'll have a package by then. :-)
